| okay ive played runescape in total for about 4 years but i dont play it anymore. Ive played WoW also and Runescape is actually the better game, if your going to play runescape get members, Im lvl 95 - Karma16, and it gets v boring when your lvl 90+ because theres no new armour or weapons to buy because i have the best. but trust it is a good game. |

| I have been playing Runescape for over a year now and this is my 5th Month of Being a Member and I swear I can't stay off of the game and there is always something for you to do whether it's training one of your skills or a new quest they just added the game never ends.For those that say that the Graphics Suck get on now when you can now change the Graphics to High Definition and the Graphics are way better |

Over all, with my experience of Gaming, Runescape has had it's ups and downs. It's a fun game when your a noob/or start all over again, yet it get's borning near the end for you have to do the same routine again.
The Reason of Runescape is to ge tto meet others, enjoy your time in fantasy without a story line and live your own way. Although too bad we can't control the movements. Like make the whole thing into our own little stories while we move along. Role-playing games should be like this, but somehow also focus on indiviuals who's story line should be known throughout and acually played like a normal RP would be when chatting with a friend. |

| Runescape officially sucks. It used to be challenging and rewarding but now Jagex (sarcastic tone; "Wow what a cooool name, everyone will love us if we call ourselves Jagex...") is trying to equalise it for all the stupid noobs who don't know what the hell they're doing. Merchanting was a great motivation for everyone in the game, being able to make money as the market was real, free and dynamic. Since the addition of several updates (including the big fat Grand Exchange), any potential SMART money making method has been killed. First time players can make at least 20k (which if you don't play it, is quite a lot for a newbie) just by running through some lame security rewards dungeon when they start a free game. The balance between newbie and veteran players has been screwed over. I haven't really played this game at all since they killed off any other way to making money other than repetitive dungeon raids or constant mining and such. From what I've heard, the new updates have made it SUCK even more. In a nutshell: It used to be pretty good for everyone, now it's a past-time for people who don't have more exciting games like solitaire or minesweeper on their computer; that by comparison. Note that most positive comments about the game are from 2006 to late-2007, (before the updates killed it) and anyone commenting afterward have taken up playing the game as a poor alternative to slitting their wrists. There are plenty of other games out there that take skill and dedication, not mindless clicking. I warn you, do not waste your time playing it if you have not started already. If you do play it, understand just how stupid it is in comparison to other MMO's and stop playing now; go find an alternative. If you like the game, then sorry but there is no hope for you. If you actually pay to play, that's 5 bucks a month that could support starving children. Thankyou for the space to vent my frustration. Regards, a disappointed ex-RunesCRAP player, Poio Diablo. I did play it enough to get a couple of high scores. Check it out if you think I'm just making everything up. Now go play WoW or something better - I dunno. |

| yes it is a good game and all but after a while it gets boring becuz all the quests are not that hard and there is like 12 free quests and like 35 member quests so its like not even fun for the free people. And yes they do keep creating new quests but its only for membs. If they wish to make people happy they should create more free quests, so nobody has to waste $5 to do more quests and fight bigger and better monsters. So to cap it all it is a great game(probably the best browser created so far) but it needs more quests for the free players. |

| RS is the best game except for its graphics it does not have that good, but it is one of the best games ever, so far i have played for 1 1/2 years and it is still fun, im very rich but the trade limit and no more wildy (where you kill other players) is bad. if you have never played this game try, it is amazing.just play your quest. |

I played this game for so long, i play right the way to level 117 and Pvped or as you call it "Pked" constantly, i exsperianced many boss's, i quit January last year and have been play "World of Warcraft" ever since i have played it for less time but have two of the highest level characters on there, i have done majority of end game instances and well known as a "PvP whore".
Basically i can now give a two sided arguement and safley say World of Warcraft > Runescape in many aspects. Runescape is good if your fairly young (As i was like 15) OR have a irl finance probelms... which is fair enough. But seriously guys your deluded and should quit before you waste away your lives, i recomend World of Warcraft, it's poor to start BUT stick with it, in the long run you would really enjoy it (If you liked Runescape) so yeh.. happy gaming i guess :) |

im level 115 and i think the games stupid really, no story to it just a game where you click things and spend hours raising skills. the recent updates have ruined the game altho the good outcome is no more real world trading. the game needs alot of graphical work, id compare graphics to that of the sega megadrive 3/10

| Runescape stink's, u all know it, it is only fun because u have nothing else to do, I was lvl 86 i spent like year and a half on it and one day i try to log on and invalid username or password, so i try my recovery questions and other things but, "Error Proccesing Request" every time, People just stop and think it isn't that much fun u can play other games that are heck of a lot funner than that. |

| this game was fun for a while, until a whole bunch of noobs started playing it, and then a whole bunch of scams were made and people getting hacked. there is no point to play a game for years and then some random person comes and hacks your character taking all your stuff... if you really want to waste your life, play runescape, but if u wanna have fun then try something else. |

| Runescape is a highly known game.With over 1 million members, it dominates.This should be the number one game.I'm level 68, one of the millions of Pay To Play members in the game.It can be a lot of fun sometimes, but sometimes it can be a little boring too.This game can also make me angry, call people in the game names (nothing with swear words, unless they push me too far that I have to use extremeties.).But anyways, this game is pretty cool, even though it can have some stuff that I can get real mad about.But, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give this game, a 10.Sure, people can go say that they are so tough, but they think that because they've never gotten that far without falling asleep.Now, imagine this if you are a member in runescape.There is a level 35 noob.He says that he can beat you in one hit cause he is so tough (note:I sm referring to what calfight2 said before).Well, you beat the noob and he says he reported you for cheating.Lol, that person is a total laugh if you saw it.I'm not saying that this has ever happened.I'm just saying if that happened I'd fall over laughing. |

| i thnik runescape is a complete scam they say you can play for free and then they make it so that you can only go so far when u play free. Then when you pay its fun for a littel bit but then you are stucj again because very cool thing is so darn expensive so you have to spend hours and hours working for gold until you finaly have enough and then you get hacked. This is the best game ever.
It's free, unless you want more stuff on it. And still then it is only 5$ a month.
Compare that to things like WoW.
Graphics aren't the best, but still, Jagex update the graphics every month.
So yah, this it 100% recommended to everybody!

Runescape has to be the most compulsive game I have ever played. Im level 82 and ive spent hours on this game and I have no idea why. The graphics are poor and the gameplay is simply point and click; the game generally requires no brains or skill to interface with. This game is a waste of time when you condsider the things you could be doing as opposed to several hours clicking a mouse at a computer scree.
I can't deny that I have'nt enjoyed playing runescape but I must agree both hockey star2 and dark legon in the sense that this game has an excellent chat system and also that after a year of playing, runescape can get somewhat old. |
